DataPulse Ltd Uganda is a Kampala-based digital infrastructure company focused on real estate, land, and related data ecosystems.

We design and operate platforms that connect :

Our goal is simple: to make real-estate data in Uganda and East Africa more transparent, more connected, and more usable.

Our Story

2023

The DataPulse concept is developed in response to persistent challenges: title fraud, informal transactions, fragmented records, and opaque pricing.

2024

DataPulse partners with EvvoLabs Singapore; the first PropPulse MVP is built, focusing on verified listings and basic mortgage tools.

2025

Collaboration begins with Housing Finance Bank (HFB) and Church of Uganda (COU). The ARR (Advisory, Research & Reporting) division is launched to support institutions with analysis and strategy. A POC tourism app is piloted with Tooro Kingdom and EvvoLabs.

2026+

The roadmap extends to regional markets — Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda — with a focus on scalable digital infrastructure, not just websites.

Alina Aeby

Alina is a global PropTech and real-estate entrepreneur connecting Silicon Valley, Asia-Pacific, and Africa. Founder of the Silicon Valley PropTech Association and the Global Invest Forum (San Francisco). Former Global Coordinator for Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe at the U.S. National Association of Realtors, overseeing partnerships with 22 countries. Holds a PhD in Economics (Globalization) and postgraduate credentials in International Business and Blockchain from UC Berkeley.

Lillian is a marketing and operations leader with over 15 years of experience across Uganda’s real-estate and housing sectors. Former Marketing Director at National Housing and Construction Corporation (NHCC). Currently Vice President of the International Data Scientists Society (Uganda Chapter) and Director of the U.S.–Africa Collective. Holds an MBA from Makerere University.

Balaji Koushikan

Balaji is a technology-products executive and Managing Director of Evvo Technologies (India) and Chief Product Officer of Roundesk (Singapore). He leads the Evvo Labs engineering team, Data Pulse’s strategic technology partner, responsible for the Prop Pulse MVP and backend architecture. Holds a B. Eng. (Electrical & Electronics) from SSN College of Engineering (India).

Rusmin is a serial entrepreneur, developer, and infrastructure advisor to the Government of Indonesia. Serves as Vice President for Asia-Pacific at FIABCI – the International Real Estate Federation, and Co-Chair of the ASEAN Property Developers Association. Holds a Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Northern Sumatra.

Vincent is the Founding President and former CEO of AREA-U, Non-Executive Director of Housing Finance Bank, and Board Member of Habitat for Humanity Uganda. Also serves as Minister of Land and Housing for Tooro Kingdom. Holds an MBA in International Business and Marketing from the University of Groningen (Netherlands).
