What ARR Does

DataPulse ARR works with banks, developers, government, and associations to answer three core questions

01

What is really happening in our property market?

02

What does that mean for risk, investment, and planning?

03

Which digital tools and partnerships can help us move forward?

We do this through a mix of market analytics, advisory projects, and written reports.

Case Studies

Short Website Versions

PropPulse × HFB Mortgage Data Pilot

DataPulse designed an API-lite workflow concept to send clean, structured listing data from PropPulse to Housing Finance Bank. The aim is to help HFB screen collateral more efficiently while maintaining its existing legal checks.

COU Title Digitization Feasibility Study

For the Church of Uganda, ARR developed a high-level blueprint to digitize land records and align them with national land information standards — creating a safer institutional memory for future generations.

Affordable Housing Data Report 2025

ARR analyzed city-level housing costs, incomes, and tenure structures to understand where affordability gaps are widest and how data can support targeted housing and finance interventions.

Tooro Tourism App POC (with EvvoLabs Singapore)

Working with Tooro Kingdom, ARR and the tech team defined the data model behind a tourism app mapping cultural and natural assets. This POC shows that DataPulse’s data architecture is adaptable — from property to place, and from land to tourism.
